Olá,
Implantando o FU 1909 em meus dispositivos 1709. Já passei por extensos testes e pilotos e este é o meu lançamento de produção. A fase 1 é um grupo muito pequeno para termos uma ideia de quantas chamadas podemos receber em nosso SD - portanto, apenas 1.000 dispositivos. Esta atualização está "Disponível" por uma semana antes que o prazo exigido seja atingido na próxima semana. Fiquei surpreso quando olhei para o meu nó de monitoramento e vi 33 dispositivos como "compatíveis" - o que não é.
Descobri que a manutenção é menos "automatizada" do que eu esperava originalmente. Para este empregador, decidi adotar uma abordagem mais moderna e abandonar meu IPU TS. O que descobri é que realmente tenho que cuidar dos FUs conforme eles chegam - um novo FU mata completamente minha implantação existente. Embora os números de ID do artigo sejam os mesmos, eles são uma atualização diferente e a implantação anterior parou completamente de funcionar e eu tenho que implantar o novo FU. Não é o fim do mundo, mas causou alguma confusão para mim. Eu tive que baixar e implantar o 1909 FU mais recente para este lançamento, então acho que pode estar relacionado, mas não encontrei nada nos logs para indicar isso.

Os arquivos de log não foram úteis. Todos os dispositivos afetados mostram lá ScanAgent.log que o 1909 FU foi encontrado (CScanAgent::ScanByUpdates - Classificação de atualização encontrada 3689bdc8-b205-4af4-8d4a-a63924c5e9d5 para atualização: de66498e-7ef8-4e29-b69b-ffc91e9706c0) e UpdatesDeployment.log mostra "Atualização (Site_GUID/GUID) adicionada à lista de destino de implantação". No entanto, não há nada para encontrar para esta atualização no WUAHandler.log. Esses dispositivos estavam recebendo seus patches mensais e ainda continuam recebendo patches de terceiros.
Os números de "Obrigatório" em minhas atualizações também não correspondem totalmente; os números muito ligeiramente (150-500) entre 1809, 1903, 1909, 2004 e 20H2. Eu atribuí isso às varreduras do cliente.
Quaisquer pensamentos ou ideias sobre onde ir a partir daqui? Acho que meu próximo passo, e mais fácil, seria consertar clientes. Eu esperava obter alguma ajuda e talvez encontrar uma causa raiz antes de fazer isso. Eu li que recusar as atualizações no WSUS corrigiu esse comportamento semelhante para outras pessoas, mas estou querendo seguir em frente com meus grupos piloto em 20H2, então não tenho certeza se quero recusar qualquer FU agora. Eu também não quero tentar construir um novo IPU TS na última hora.

O dispositivo recebeu a política de implantação logo após ser "Disponível" e posso confirmar que este log se parece com sua captura de tela e o que é referenciado no link fornecido: UpdatesStore.log
Nenhuma referência à atualização em tudoOh meu Deus, não posso acreditar no meu erro. Eu me sinto como um idiota. Temos um subconjunto muito pequeno de dispositivos que receberam a Consumer Edition do Windows :( Sou relativamente novo nesta organização e esqueci completamente e a maioria desses dispositivos encontrou seu caminho para minha primeira fase do lançamento. Descobri quando Fui ver um relatório de conformidade para anexar aqui.

Eu tenho algo semelhante no meu ambiente. Depois que alteramos a versão da licença de Pro N para Enterprise N por meio da atribuição de licença do Azure, vi como o número de dispositivos no SCCM que exigem a atualização do recurso 20H2 estava diminuindo (à medida que mais usuários recebiam a licença Enterprise em suas máquinas do Azure).
Não consigo encontrar uma explicação de por que essas máquinas Enterprise parecem compatíveis agora com 20H2, embora ainda estejam na versão 1909. A atualização do recurso só aparece no centro de software se eu forçar a mudança de volta para a versão Pro N (remova a licença Enterprise do usuário do Azure e faça um slmgr /ato em nosso KMS para que ele possa obter a licença Pro).

Podemos esclarecer que deve haver mais de 33 dispositivos compatíveis e instalados com a atualização de recursos de 1909? Se sim, poderíamos encontrar o cliente que deveria instalar a atualização de recurso 1909, mas não, e verificar a causa da falha.
Poderíamos verificar se existe o registro de atualização do recurso no centro de software, se sim, é baixado ou não? poderíamos ver UpdatesDeployment.log. Caso contrário, poderíamos verificar UpdatesStore.log, ele registra detalhes sobre o status de conformidade para as atualizações de software que foram avaliadas durante o ciclo de verificação de conformidade. registraria as atualizações como ausentes se forem necessárias. Caso não seja necessário ou tenha sido instalado pelo cliente, não há registro neste log.

Esta atualização não aparece como "Status=Missing" no UpdatesStore.log - não há nenhuma menção a ela lá. Esta atualização foi disponibilizada pela primeira vez em 27/11/20 às 15h.

Depois de mais algumas investigações, parece que minha postagem original estava incorreta - esses dispositivos não instalaram os SSU/CUs mais recentes para 1709. Com isso dito, meus outros dispositivos estão instalando o 1909 FU que está no mesmo nível de patch.
Eu já havia implantado o KB3012973 1909 FU (b51ee75d-% na captura de tela abaixo) com sucesso e a revisão atualizada desta atualização (lançada em novembro de 2020) apareceu durante uma sincronização SUP. O implantado anteriormente não seria mais instalado e, portanto, "quebrou". Isso já aconteceu uma outra vez. Eu removi o conteúdo do meu pacote de implantação e reimplantei este novo FU. Eu esperava recusar o "antigo" no WSUS, mas foi difícil tentar determinar qual era aquele. Novamente, não tenho certeza se isso está relacionado, mas me causou alguma confusão.

O implantado anteriormente não seria mais instalado e, portanto, "quebrou".
--> O ícone com a estrela amarela representa uma atualização de software substituída. Podemos identificar as atualizações de software substituídas visualizando a coluna Substituída para a atualização de software quando ela é exibida no console do Configuration Manager.Talvez não seja necessário recusar a atualização no WSUS, pode haver sete etapas para solucionar os problemas comuns, siga estas etapas primeiro:
Passo 1: Podemos verificar Policyagent.log. Quando a política é recebida, a seguinte entrada é registrada em PolicyAgent.log: Podemos verificar se a ID exclusiva de implantação no console é consistente com a ID da política exibida em PolicyAgent.log.
